What We Do

All Cleanroom Technologies UK personnel are professionals who have extensive knowledge of Cleanroom design. Our staff are dedicated to ensuring that all our client’s expectations are met if not surpassed.

As sole agents for Isocab-Retan Cleanroom Constructions ® Cleanroom systems we have direct access to all aspects of the design, preparation and manufacture of every panel, fixture and fitting involved with the Cleanroom build process.

Thanks to the wealth of experience provided by our parent company THE GMP GROUP We also offer all support services involved in the Cleanroom design and construction process including HVAC Design, HVAC Installation, Loose Article Control, Validation and Environmental testing.

Every CT-UK Project is also closely managed using our bespoke Project Management System Giving our Clients full visability of all aspects of the design,build and management of their Cleanroom.

All of our Cleanroom Systems conform to both current British and European Fire rating Standards.

WALL SYSTEMS

CR 8 - CRA 8

  • Wall thickness 80mm
  • Smooth Surfaces
  • Self-Supporting, demountable
  • Consist of two steel skins bonded by Rock wool
  • Panels based on Modules of 300mm to 1200mm width
  • Length of wall panels available to customer requirements
  • Built in Recess for piping and other services with Service panel

WINDOW SYSTEMS

  • The flush window consists of 6mm thick laminated glass, glued on both sides of an aluminium frame
  • Modular from 300mm in width and height
  • 2 Types:
  • White (RAL 9002 or 9010) border similar to the wall panels.
  • Black border

CEILING SYSTEMS

ISO 8 - CRA 8

  • Thickness 80mm
  • FULLY ‘walk on’ Ceiling
  • ‘Non visible’ Suspension system
  • Two Steel skin and Rock wool
  • Modules of 300mm to 1200mm
  • Choice of Ceiling construction types (suspended from existing structure or through walls)

LIGHT FIXTURES

  • Recessed light fixtures, designed to be installed flush into ceiling panels
  • Available in 2 types:
  • Accessible from inside or outside Cleanroom structure

DOOR SYSTEMS

  • Hinged Door
  • Flush integrated into the wall system
